We ship to addresses in the United States. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.
Where your order ships from
UnscentedBeauty.com sells our own products and products from other fragrance-free brands. They ship from different warehouses:
- Nonscents hair care and our soap nuts ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse (Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment).
- Products from other brands, such as California Baby, ship directly from that brand's warehouse.
If your order includes both, it will arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Shipping for these items is calculated at checkout from the brand's warehouse location and your address, and the estimate is shown before you pay. Most arrive within 2–7 business days.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number when each package ships.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email info@Nonscents.net with your order number and photos of any damage. Damage should be reported within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Address problems
Please check your shipping address before you order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can't change an address after a package has shipped.
